Glowing Skin...Naturally!

Ditch The Toxins & Reinvent Your Skin Care Routine!

Step One...Self Care!

The most important step to glowing beautiful skin is proper self care. Getting adequate rest and hydration is essential to healthy glowing skin. Both sound so simple but It's easy to get caught up in life and put our own needs on the back burner. I know life is never simple or easy but taking a few steps everyday to make yourself a priority can make a HUGE difference in your health and wellness. Glowing skin is just an amazing bonus!

Rest-

This can be a tough subject. Life often demands so much of us that it can be hard to find time to get real rest. With often so may other pressing things happening in life it can be easy to forget how important proper sleep and rest is. Proper sleep affects our ability to adapt and make decisions. It affects our mood and energy as well as slowing down the metabolism. in summery in many ways not getting proper sleep makes us cranky & accelerates the aging process (No one wants that, right?!) So try to make your sleep schedule a priority as much as possible. My quick tip to getting to sleep sooner and staying asleep longer is to stick to a flexible nighttime routine that works for YOU.

This recipe can be customized for your unique skin needs.

Acne-

10-15 Drops Lavender

10 Drops Tea Tree oil

Anti-Aging/Moisturizing-

10 Drops Lavender

5-10 Drops Frankincense

5 Drops Geranium (Optional)

Royal Overnight Cream

How To Use:

Daily~
Less IS more with this recipe! Rub a pea sized amount between your fingers until the mixture softens then massage onto face and neck. If you feel like you have applied to much just blot off the excess with a organic cotton ball.

Weekly~
Rub a generous amount between your fingers until warm then massage into your face and neck. Let sit 1-2 minutes then using an organic cotton ball gently rub away the excess cream. Do this 1-2 times a week (Optional)

This recipe works great for anti aging!
If you have Acne prone skin replace the Geranium Oil for 10 drops Tea Tree Oil.
