DIY Serum Blush! 🎉🥰✨
I have dry skin so I personally LOVE a good serum blush. It absorbs so well and just gives the skin a beautiful touch of color and sparkle while leaving the skin plumper and smoother 😍 I love a lot of Bliss products but their Serum Blush I especially fell in love with 😍👇🏻
But like it seems with all makeup products that I love they discontinued it.... 😢
So I set out to try to Dupe it as best I could 😋 after testing several recipes and colors I designed this simple but beautiful recipe 💕 I hope you love it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
4.5 Tsp Serum of your choice.
1.5 Tsp Cosmetic Grade Mica Powder.
I used 1 Tsp Golden Guava and 1/5 Tsp Red Strawberry, both from Stardust Micas 💕
Basically I just use 1 part mica to 3 parts serum. (Example 1 Tsp mica + 3 Tsp Serum)

Notes 📝
One of the things I love about this recipe is how much you can customize it to your own personal preferences. You can add as much or as little mica powder as you want depending on how pigmented you want it. Plus you can change the amount of each color to personalize it to your preference. For example, I personally love how this has the peachy golden tint to it but If you want it more red/pink than use less Golden Guava and more Red strawberry 🍓 A good way to test it is to make a very small batch. Just follow the same ratio of 1 part pigment to 3 parts Serum. Then just test a little of the mixture to check what the color will look like on the skin. I find it often looks far more pigmented in the container than it does on the skin 💕
